Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. If your selection of products may be lost from the shopping bag, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products. We do not reserve items for future purchases. If your product selection is lost from your shopping bag, you will be prompted to re-enter your product selection. We do not keep things on hand for future purchases.
Our customer system saves all orders placed on Vidas Babynest’s website, vidasbabynest.com. Customers’ shipping and billing addresses, as well as order history, are recorded.
Confirmation of Order
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order, which will include your order number, product specifications, and delivery information. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is merely an acknowledgment that your order has been received. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing an order. We can fill your order if the items you ordered are in stock. A delivery confirmation with complete shipment details will be sent to your e-mail address once the order has been fulfilled. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be alerted by email.
The prices are displayed in Euros. VAT is included in all pricing. Service, payment, and delivery fees are not included in the prices.
If the package is not picked up by the customer and costs are incurred as a result, the customer is responsible for the additional costs and will be charged for any return shipping fees and expenses. This includes shipping expenses, taxes, prepayment fees, return fees, and any other fees. On kids-land.com, ax-free purchasing is not possible. We have the right to adjust product prices at any time. The prices of the products will be valid throughout the process when you place an order. We, on the other hand, make allowances for typographical errors.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
American Express and JCB are two of the most popular credit cards. The card will be charged in advance for pre-orders and custom-made orders. You will be alerted by email in such circumstances.
Information on Shipping
From the time you place your order, it will usually be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all shipment information. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered to your shipping address or a local delivery point. When your package is on its way, you will receive a delivery notification through SMS. If cargo is not picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to us. For an extra shipping price, a replacement shipment can be arranged.
Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that the price includes local taxes (VAT) and import duties. When you receive your order, you will not be charged any additional fees.
All orders can be tracked using the tracking number given. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. If a delivery is delayed or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after placing your purchase. During discounts, public holidays, or bad weather, there may be some delays. Delivery times are offered as a reference only and do not take into account any delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs delays.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Kora, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Mali, Niger, and Sudan are among the countries to which we are unable to ship.
Items to Try
If you choose to return something, please make sure it is in great working order. Avoid rubbing off deodorant, perfume, or make-up when trying on clothes. All things must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags remaining attached, before being returned. Items that are returned to us in a non-sellable state will not be reimbursed and may be returned to you. And please note that when you return our item, the shipping cost is on you, the address will you get from our customer services for return, thanks!
During sale periods, our standard online return and exchange policy apply, as indicated above. If you want to return a sale item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so.
The products are sold on www.kids-land.co come with a one-year warranty. This guarantee only covers manufacturing flaws, not normal wear and tear. If you get a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. Please repackage the item in its original container. In all correspondence with us, please include images of the claim location and a description of the claim, as well as your order number. If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a complete refund, including shipping expenses.
During transportation from Kids Land’s warehouse to the shipment destination, all items are covered against theft and unintentional damage. Your things are no longer covered by insurance once they have been delivered to the designated delivery address and signed for.
We cannot guarantee that all of the items shown are available at the time you place your order. If an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified through email. Despite our best efforts to provide accurate photos, colors, information, and prices, errors may occur.
