 is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscriptions from  Kids Land and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting services.kids.land@gmail.com
  2. The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Kids Land immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting services.kids.land@gmail.com as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Kids Land sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on kids-land.co
  • The products are described in detail, the pictures are detailed, and you should know that higher-quality monitors and phones give much better and more detailed pictures and the colors are much closer than on older devices. Therefore, if these problems occur, we are unable to refund you on that basis.
  • The products must first be pre-packaged in the original packaging and sent back to our address, which we will inform you about via email beforehand. If the product does not correspond to the description or does not comply with our guidelines, it cannot be subject to a refund policy.

Our Return Policy allows for the return of damaged or lost items only. If a product is received damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We do not offer refunds for items that are in good condition and as described if the customer simply changes their mind or does not like the product. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
